Yep, I'm now on Facebook!!

As you can tell I haven't posted very much lately on my photo blog. That is definitely not because I haven't had enough to do. On the contrary I made the decision to start a Facebook page because I have been swamped! I needed a faster, more effective to share pictures with my clients and fans and this was the logical choice. Not to mention it was getting a little confusing to friends who I hadn't seen in a long time, who all these random people were on my personal page.

If you're looking for my current work, find me on Facebook! Jenolyn Christensen Photography

Thank you to all my wonderful family, friends, and fantastic clients who continue to show their faith and encouragement in my photography work! I appreciate you!!

Here's something from a recent engagement session that I have to share with you!

Baby Cade

When baby Cade's Aunt Megan asked if I would do some pictures for her precious nephew, of course I said yes! Especially when she let me trade for some of her fabulous cake pops! Yummy! I feel like I won twice. A darling little boy to photograph with his beautiful mommy and daddy and cake pops?! Yay for me!!

Everlee

It's amazing to me how unique each newborn is. Just when I think I've figured them out, I get to meet a darling baby girl like Everlee. This sweet little girl was the strongest most awake newborn I have ever photographed. Her parents were so sweet and patient and I am really happy that with some patience and persistence we got some great shots! Thanks for keeping me on my toes you guys! =)

The Horvath Family

Remember this darling family from last year? Crazy cold and windy?! Well of course we had to pick yet another a crazy cold and windy day to do their family session, right? Looking through the photos I was still amazed at how happy and cooperative their cute kids were! I always enjoy revisiting with a family that I have done photos with before. It is such a joy to me to see the growth in the kids and remember their unique personalities. I love watching parents who embrace their roles as husband and wife and really enjoy the blessing of being a family. It was so sweet in spite of the cold! We found this great spot that I will definitely be returning to again soon. There are so many pictures that I love from their session; here are some of my most favorites! Thank you guys!

Booked for 2011

And let the count down begin! It's hard to believe we are already coming to the end of 2011 but here we are! I am still getting session inquiries and even though I would love to do more sessions, there just aren't enough hours in the day or the week to fit them in. If you have not yet spoken with me please consider me booked for the rest of the year. I am available for portrait sessions starting January 14th. Please email me for booking information.

Thank you!

Brooke & Taylor

These sweet little twin nieces of mine are so cute and as different as any two little girls can be. I am really curious to see if they're unique personalities will stay with them as they grow. It was so cute to watch them touch each others faces, hold hands, and pat each other through the photoshoot. So cute!!! I am sure they will have a special bond their entire lives! Jacob - Senior Portraits

I know I've said this before, but I really enjoy doing Senior Portraits. There's something almost magical about this moment in a person's life; that prelude to the future...whatever it may be. Jacob was a lot of fun and I really love the shots we got of him! The black and white is one of my all time favorites!
