A good friend asked me to shoot some pictures of her children and some cousins last week and of course, I was happy to help. Grandma bought all the girls coordinating tutu's and leotards with flowers for their hair and everything. So cute! We did the shoot in the amazing backyard of a fellow photographer. One day I'd love to do the same thing in our yard too. Thanks again, Kathi! So here are some of my favorites from the day. Anytime gals!
I really love this one - so real! Bare feet and all!
I love taking casual shots of the kids before all the group shots gets going. It's gets them more comfortable with me. This one I was asking Miss S to tell me the funniest word she knew. She never thought of one but I got a fabulous shot from it!
I'm actually really pleased with this one because it's been a long while that Miss S and I have been taking pictures together. It made me feel good that she feels comfortable enough to smile nicely for me.
This is a classic example of a sneaky photographer trick. Auntie was trying to tempt her to smile with marshmallows but no smiles until I asked her to say "Marshmallow PLEASE!" Isn't she adorable!?
How can you not love this face? Eyes that pierce the soul, I tell you!
Baby J was just 7 weeks old and not too happy about picture taking, but I think this still turned out cute for our impromptu shoot.
Cute cozy sisters
I love it when siblings have more fun playing together than alone!
Good ol' ring around the rosies makes anyone smile.
This is just precious. They grow up so fast!
