Mama's pride and joy

I had so much fun taking pics for this beautiful family! It's such a refreshing treat to see people who thoroughly enjoy spending time together. And I discovered how much I love taking pictures at the Mojave Narrows! I can totally see going there many, many more times in the future! Thanks again, Stephanie. You have a beautiful family who loves you dearly. Truly a blessing!

Don't let the smirk fool you. He loved every minute of it!

I love seeing siblings who genuinely enjoy being together!

2 "T" Boys = Lots of Trouble & Fun!

We have known the T family for a very long time. We've traveled with each other to the East Coast, a dairy farm, and now the High Desert of California. We have seen their boys since they were babies and have enjoyed watching them grow. Our session was a lot of fun. I especially love starting with the ever popular 5 year old question, "So I heard you just got married?!" Get's them every time! Thanks Mommy T for asking me! Anytime!

This is why every kid needs a sibling. It's just so much more fun than one!

Meet Mr N...super spy. While he waited patiently for his turn he drew an amazingly accurate picture of Buzz Lightyear and Woody. Super impressive for a 5 year old kindergartner!

Photobucket
Such a cutie!

Photobucket
I call this his "One Million Dollars" smile =)

Photobucket
Ok and seriously, is it quite fair that he has such amazing eyelashes!?

Photobucket
This cutie is just 5 days younger than my Hayden

Photobucket
Oh the ponderings of a 3 year old

Photobucket
I love the look on this one!

Photobucket
My favorite thing about any shoot is when we capture that REAL smile. LOVE IT!

Photobucket

This one was so funny too. I had actually told them to touch noses as in Eskimo kisses or as we call them "Biment" and this is what we got instead. Funny boys!

Cute Cousins

A good friend asked me to shoot some pictures of her children and some cousins last week and of course, I was happy to help. Grandma bought all the girls coordinating tutu's and leotards with flowers for their hair and everything. So cute! We did the shoot in the amazing backyard of a fellow photographer. One day I'd love to do the same thing in our yard too. Thanks again, Kathi! So here are some of my favorites from the day. Anytime gals!

Photobucket

I really love this one - so real! Bare feet and all!

Photobucket

I love taking casual shots of the kids before all the group shots gets going. It's gets them more comfortable with me. This one I was asking Miss S to tell me the funniest word she knew. She never thought of one but I got a fabulous shot from it!

Photobucket

I'm actually really pleased with this one because it's been a long while that Miss S and I have been taking pictures together. It made me feel good that she feels comfortable enough to smile nicely for me.

Photobucket

This is a classic example of a sneaky photographer trick. Auntie was trying to tempt her to smile with marshmallows but no smiles until I asked her to say "Marshmallow PLEASE!" Isn't she adorable!?

Photobucket

How can  you not love this face? Eyes that pierce the soul, I tell you!

Photobucket

Baby J was just 7 weeks old and not too happy about picture taking, but I think this still turned out cute for our impromptu shoot.

Cute cozy sisters

I love it when siblings have more fun playing together than alone!

Good ol' ring around the rosies makes anyone smile.

This is just precious. They grow up so fast!
